Meet Our Founder
Stephanie Chambliss
Stephanie Chambliss, a business executive, is dedicated to serving the community and building financial futures. A New Orleans native, Ms. Chambliss received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and her Master of Business Administration from Texas Southern University. She currently holds multiple securities licenses and a license to offer life and health insurance.
Ms. Chambliss is the Chief Executive Officer of Crescent City Coffee, LLC doing business as PJ’s Coffee & Tea, located at 5733 Read Boulevard in New Orleans East. There, she oversees the store, which opened in 2019 on the heels of the pandemic. Her location not only survived the pandemic, but it thrived. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about creating and sustaining start-up businesses. She has experience conducting market research, writing business plans, and filing taxes.
Her strong sense of leadership and commitment to community service are evidenced by her participation in the following: The New Orleans Regional Black Chamber of Commerce, The Greater New Orleans East Business Alliance, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Who We're Looking For
We're hiring baristas who are ready to bring their best to every shift. You don't have to be a coffee expert yet, but you do need to love the craft, love people, and love New Orleans.
